What this covers

These terms govern your use of the marketing site at zonavibes.com (the “Site”), operated by Zona Vibes, LLC (“we,” “us”).

They do not govern the apps and services we operate under separate brands. FieldSpartan, PoolSpartan, and any other brand we operate has its own Terms of Service that govern the use of that product. See those brand sites directly.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to read about the company, our brands, and how to reach us.

You agree not to:

Access the Site to disrupt or degrade it, or to circumvent its security.
Scrape the Site at a rate that imposes an unreasonable load on it.
Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages, recruiter outreach, or AI- generated pitches to the addresses listed on the contact page.
Misrepresent your identity in correspondence sent to addresses listed on this Site.

Intellectual property

The content on this Site — text, logos, design, and the names “Zona Vibes,” “FieldSpartan,” and “PoolSpartan” — is owned by Zona Vibes, LLC or licensed to us. You may reference and quote the Site for the usual purposes of journalism, criticism, and commentary. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site or use our brand names in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission.

The Site links out to brand sites including fieldspartan.com and poolspartan.com. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Following a link to one of them is governed by that site's terms once you arrive.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about its accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Information about our brands may change over time; the brand sites are authoritative for current product details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zona Vibes, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
