Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy describes how Zona Vibes, LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information collected by the marketing site at zonavibes.com.

This policy does not cover the apps and services we operate under separate brands — including PoolSpartan, SpartanYard, and FieldSpartan. Those each have their own privacy policies that apply to their own user accounts and operational data. See poolspartan.com/privacy, spartanyard.com/privacy, and fieldspartan.com/privacy for those.

What we collect on this site

zonavibes.com is a static marketing site. There is no sign-in, no account, no form submission, and no payment. The site does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising tags. It does use cookie-free analytics (PostHog), which keeps only a random anonymous visitor id in your browser's local storage so visits across our own sites count as one visitor, and stores no other identifier in your browser and records page views and the site that referred you. It also records how visitors move through the site — scrolling, clicks, and the pages viewed — as a session replay, so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything typed into a form is masked in that recording.

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, response status — for the limited purpose of operating, securing, and debugging the site. These logs are retained according to Vercel's retention schedule.
  • Fonts. Typefaces are served from zonavibes.com itself. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other font service.
  • Email you send us. When you write to one of the addresses on the contact page, your message and its metadata (sender address, subject, time) reach our email inboxes. We retain that correspondence as long as it's operationally useful and then delete it.

Job applications

Applications are collected through our applicant-tracking system or by email to careers@zonavibes.com. If a role's application page is hosted by a third party, that page will say so and link its privacy policy.

We receive what you submit — typically your name, contact information, résumé, and your answers to any application questions. We use it only to evaluate your application and to contact you about it. We keep it no longer than we need it for hiring and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by writing to privacy@zonavibes.com.

What we don't collect

  • We do not run analytics that identify you or follow you to other companies' sites — our analytics sets no cookies and records page views, the referring site, a session replay with form input masked, and a random anonymous visitor id only.
  • We do not set advertising or remarketing cookies.
  • We do not share visitor data with ad networks.
  • We do not use personally identifiable information to train AI models.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of your information.

To exercise these rights, write to privacy@zonavibes.com. If your request concerns one of our apps (PoolSpartan, SpartanYard, FieldSpartan), use that brand's privacy address — listed on the brand's privacy page — for the fastest response.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if how the site handles information changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
