Careers
We're not running a careers page in the traditional sense.
We don't have a job board. We don't have a recruiter. We're a small company building deliberately, and we don't want to grow faster than the work warrants.
That said, here's what we'd read if you sent it.
You build software, and you've built it for service industries before.
Field service, trades, hospitality, home services — any world where the user is not at a desk. You've felt the gap between “enterprise software” and “what an owner-operator actually needs.” You have opinions about it.
You've read what we believe and you don't flinch.
The no-venture, no-per-seat, customer-pays-the-fee model isn't a marketing line for us — it's the operating constraint we make every decision under. If that constraint reads as a feature to you, not a problem, we should probably talk.
You write a real note, not a templated pitch.
Tell us what you've built and why. Tell us what you'd build here and why. Send code or writing if it's easier than describing it. We answer real email; we don't answer recruiter spam.

What we're not.
- We're not building a 200-person org. The leverage we get from modern tooling means a small team can do disproportionate work; we'd rather stay small and deliberate than scale headcount for its own sake.
- We're not chasing a five-year exit. The corporate structure exists specifically so we don't have to.
- We're not posting roles we don't actually need filled to look like a “growing” company. When we hire, it's because the work is already waiting for the person.
