We build software for service work — and we're aligned to win when our operators do.

Operators run the work. Crews run the route. Customers pay automatically online. Our software helps with all three. We only get paid when the operator gets paid — by the same customer, on the same transaction. That's the rule everything else follows from. No software bills or percentage takes. The operator keeps what the operator bills.

What we believe

We believe the people doing the work matter most: the owner-operator, the tech on the truck, the person showing up every day in the heat doing honest work.

That used to be normal.

Somewhere along the way, a lot of companies forgot who they were supposed to serve. So we built this differently.

That means building software that helps independent operators stay independent — not trapping them inside bloated systems built for shareholders first.

What this looks like in practice

Our brands are free for the people actually doing the work — the single-pole pool operator, the one-truck plumber, the one-crew landscaper, the person who is the business.

No monthly subscription. No “per seat” tax on your crew. No charging you just for existing.

Homeowners pay a flat $4.95 software fee per invoice — visible to them, never added to your bill.

We get paid when you get paid. That's the whole model.

Why we exist

How Zona Vibe Pools became Zona Vibes, a software company.

After twenty years in internet infrastructure, our founder set out to start a pool service business in Mesa instead. He formed Zona Vibes LLC and did everything you do to start a service business as a single-pole operator — licensing, truck decal magnets, secured suppliers, ads. Before the first route ran, the prep work itself uncovered the real pain points — and they were many of the same ones he had spent his career solving.

What began next was an evolution in the way software is delivered as a service. The software being sold into these trades wasn't shaped around how the work actually happens. Not a missing feature. Not a bad screen. The companies making it had investors and quarterly numbers to answer to, not crews on a truck.

Zona Vibes is the company underneath the answer — small, independent, accountable to the operators using the software it ships. The pool route is still in the plan; it's now the route we run our own software through.

The name comes from our roots in the West, built in Arizona.
