What we believe
Built with care, for everyday people.
We believe a company's job is to take care of its customers, and the people its customers serve.
We believe hardworking people deserve well-made things. The kind of people who start early, fix what's broken themselves, and have no patience for anything that wastes their time.
That used to be normal.
Somewhere along the way, a lot of companies forgot who they were supposed to serve. So we built this differently.
Everyday people come first
When we decide what to make next, or how something should work, we start with how a hardworking person's day actually goes.
Good tools should feel good to use
Technology should fit into real life. Our first apps get used outdoors, in the heat, between jobs, so they have to be fast, easy to read in direct sun, workable with gloves on, and reliable on one bar of signal.
If something is frustrating to use, we keep working on it until it isn't.
Independence matters
We're self-funded, so we answer to the people who use our products. That gives us room to take our time, keep things simple, and build products we'd want to use ourselves.
Why we exist
How the pool plan became Zona Vibes.
After twenty years in internet infrastructure, Ken set out to start a pool service business in Mesa.
Getting ready meant licensing, lining up suppliers, and trying the software sold to the trades. That last part showed him the software was built for someone else — someone at a desk, not someone on a truck.
That's what Zona Vibes is for. We start and run our own brands, beginning with the trades we know, and we hold every one of them to the same standard of care.
The name comes from our roots in the West, built in Arizona.
